In a very popular corner of Vienna’s 17th district, a very well-equipped and cozy apartment awaits you in a Wilhelminian style house, close to Elterleinplatz or AKH with excellent transport connections to the city center.

Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation or a successful business stay. The spacious apartment can accommodate up to three people.

The cozy, inviting 2-room apartment on the mezzanine floor of the house welcomes you in the entrance area with the unmistakable charm of the old Viennese building.

The kitchen, equipped with an espresso machine, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils, gives you the perfect start to your morning.
A beautiful bedroom facing the small, quiet courtyard ensures a restful sleep.
End your day in a relaxed atmosphere in the cozy living room. The reserved and modern furnishings are a harmonious contrast to the old building flair with its pleasant living feeling. Here you will find a dining table, a large pull-out sofa, cable TV, DVD player and a spacious work area.
The use of the WiFi is free of charge.

The bathroom has a large corner bathtub with a shower option. The toilet is extra.

You can get to the city center (Schottentor/University) in just 15 minutes with tram line 43. You can also reach the Alserstraße subway station (U6) in five minutes on foot or via tram line 43. There are usually plenty of public parking spaces, which are chargeable on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 

Sports and recreational opportunities:

You will find the Jörgerbad with an indoor pool, outdoor pool and sauna only about 300 meters away; Just as close are an ice skating rink above the rooftops of Vienna in winter and soccer in summer; Bowling halls, indoor golf and fitness center.

In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shopping opportunities, cleaning shops, pharmacies, doctors, opticians and a variety of restaurants, “Vienna pubs”, cafes and venues for music, cabaret and original Viennese music.
