Two comfortable and bright rooms situated in a beautifully renovated house from Vienna’s “Gruenderzeit/ fin de siecle” period (1872), excellently situated with regard to public transportation (tram, metro). near Elterleinplatz and AKH (Vienna’s main general hospital) . Here you will find everything you need for a fine vacation or successful business trip. This spacious apartment sleeps three persons.

Tram 43 takes you to the city (Schottentor/ University) within just 15 minutes. Or take a 5 minute walk to the next metro station (Alserstrasse U6).
Parking is allowed at the side of the street, against charge, from Monday to Friday 9a.m. – 7p.m.

The apartment (approx. 60 m2) has a large (20 m2) living-room, furnished with a dining table/ chairs, an extendable sofa and a TV-set. The living-room and the big bedroom have parquet flooring. The tiled bath-room is equipped with bath-tub and shower and a washing-machine. The toilet is extra.

In the kitchen there is a nice dinette / breakfast corner, a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen-essentials.
