A bright and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment awaits you in the popular district of Hernals, which perfectly unfolds the charm of a Viennese Wilhelminian style apartment. A wonderful veranda invites you to linger and enjoy. The area offers the best infrastructure and the location near Elterleinplatz or AKH guarantees excellent transport connections.

Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday or a successful business trip. The spacious apartment can accommodate up to five people.

The number 43 tram takes you to the city center (Schottentor/University) in around 15 minutes. The Alserstrasse underground station (U6) can also be reached in five minutes on foot or via one station with tram line 43. Public parking spaces are usually readily available, on weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm they are subject to a charge.

The apartment (approx. 75 m²) has an approx. 20 m² living room with a pull-out box spring sofa, international cable TV and DVD player. Like the two spacious bedrooms, it is equipped with parquet. The tiled bathroom has a bath and shower and a washing machine. The toilet is extra.

Use of the WLAN is free of charge.

In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a Nespresso machine, a filter machine, a dishwasher, an oven and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Sports and recreation opportunities:

you will find only about 300 meters away in the Jörgerbad with indoor pool, outdoor pool and sauna; just as close by is an ice skating rink over the roofs of Vienna in winter and soccer in summer; Bowling halls, indoor golf and fitness centers.

In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, dry cleaners, pharmacies, doctors, opticians and a variety of restaurants, “Wiener Beisln”, cafes and venues for music, cabaret and original Viennese music.
