This spacious family size apartment offers four bright and comfortable rooms. It is situated in a beautifully renovated building from the Vienna “Gruenderzeit / fin de siecle” period (1872) and sleeps 5.

Here you will find everything that you need for a great vacation with your family and friends, a long term stay or a successful business trip.

Tram 43 takes you to the city (Schottentor / University) within just 15 minutes. Or take a 5 minute walk to the next metro station (Alserstrasse U6). Parking is allowed at the side of the street, against charge from Monday to Friday 9a.m. – 7p.m.

The apartment, (approx. 75 m²) has a 20 m² living-room, furnished with an extendable sofa / bed, cable TV and DVD. The living-room and the two bedrooms have parquet flooring. The tiled bath-room is equipped with bath-tub and shower and a washing machine. The toilet is extra.

In the well equipped kitchen you will find a Nespresso Machine, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen-essentials.
