Description:

The spacious Apartment offers three comfortable and bright rooms and a wonderful Veranda to relax. It is situated in a beautifully renovated house from the period of the Vienna “Gruenderzeit / fin de siecle” from 1872 and sleeps five.

Here you will find everything for a pleasant vacation or a successful business trip.

Take tram 43 to reach the city (Schottentor / University) within 15 minutes only. Or take a 5 minutes walk to the next metro station (Alserstrasse U6).
Parking is allowed at the side of the street, however chargeable from Monday to Friday 9a.m. – 7p.m.

The apartment (aprox. 75 m²) has a 20 m² living-room, furnished with an extensible Box Spring Sofa, cable TV and DVD .. The living-room as well as the two big bedrooms have a parquet floor. The tiled bath-room is equipped with bath-tub and shower and a washing machine. The toilet is extra.

In the well equipped kitchen you will find a Nespresso Machine, a filter machine, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen-essentials.
